Battle of the Chefs: Airlie and 17³Ô¹ÏÔÚÏß Kitchen Chef Competition  

Join us for the first-ever Battle of the Chefs competition between Airlie and 17³Ô¹ÏÔÚÏß Kitchen on Wednesday, Nov. 16 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the Marketplace of Mary Graydon Center. 17³Ô¹ÏÔÚÏß Kitchen Executive Chef Robert Marquez and Airlie Executive Chef Hector Cruz will face off head-to-head in a friendly lunch-themed cook-off using Airlie Berkshire farm produce and meat. The event is part of our efforts to expand the connection between Airlie and the university’s campus activities.

Bronté Burleigh-Jones, 17³Ô¹ÏÔÚÏß CFO, Vice President of Finance and Treasurer, will lead a three-judge panel that includes Courtney Surls, 17³Ô¹ÏÔÚÏß Vice President of Development and Alumni Relations, and Chyna Brodie, 17³Ô¹ÏÔÚÏß’s Student Government President to evaluate the teams’ dishes.
