Dear 17吃瓜在线 Community,

We wanted to inform you of new building access procedures at the Spring Valley Building. As of July 15, the building will be accessible to 17吃瓜在线 community members using their faculty, staff, or student 17吃瓜在线 ID.聽Guests, visitors, or OLLI students will be provided a PIN number by their 17吃瓜在线 host.聽Unscheduled guests may contact the office they intend to visit via the visitor management system kiosk at the main entrance.聽

A group of community members, including representatives from the School of Education, Office of Facilities and Planning, Auxiliary Services, and University Police and Emergency Management worked together to develop the new access procedures. The updated system meets the needs of the 17吃瓜在线 community, while still maintaining access for those using the building for events and classes. This working group collected feedback and considered the potential impacts on community members, guests, and others who use the Spring Valley Building.
