Bio

Brian Williams, Ed.D. is a senior training specialist and the owner of Awzom Technology & Management. He is an Organizational Development Professional, Executive Coach, Professional Speaker, Author, Trainer, Facilitator, and Consultant with 25+ years of helping leaders and organizations get from where they are to where they want to be. He has worked in commercial, government, academic, and non-profit settings on initiatives and projects ranging from executive coaching that impacts a single organization to wide scope training interventions affecting thousands of stakeholders across the country. He is known for delivering customized presentations on effective communication, leadership and management development, team building, and public speaking as he has helped numerous individuals, groups, and organizations achieve maximum results.

He is skilled in designing and developing quantitative and qualitative assessment tools; analyzing results from those assessments, and developing results-based recommendations for clients. His leadership style, organizational skills, and his passion for personal development has earned his clients' appreciation as a trusted advisor, outstanding communicator, critical thinker, and active listener.

Brian received his Doctor of Education degree 鈥渨ith distinction鈥漣n Human and Organizational Learning from George Washington University鈥檚 Executive Leadership Doctoral Program under the academic advisement of world-renowned Action Learning expert, Dr. Michael Marquardt. He also holds an M.A. in Human Resource Development from George Washington University. Brian isa Certified Action Learning Coach (CALC), and is the co-author of 鈥淒iscover Your Inner Strength鈥 with co-authors Stephen Covey, Ken Blanchard, and Brian Tracy.
