TLS Student Fellows Program

TLS is recruiting for our second聽 TLS Student Fellows Program Cohort.聽 Our goal is to select and appoint five students as we did for our inaugural cohort.聽 For more information on the TLS Program, visit our website.

Program Goal:

The TLS Program works on cutting edge issues at the intersection of technology, law, and security, to shape policy and educate and train future leaders in the field. The TLS Student Fellows Program was launched to: develop and support WCL students interested in TLS-related issues; provide these students research, writing, and career development opportunities; and connect these students with alumni and mentors in both the public and private sectors. TLS Student Fellows will be fully integrated into TLS activities and programs, receive one-on-one guidance and mentorship from TLS staff and faculty, and be given the opportunity to work with TLS staff and faculty on research projects.

Program Requirements:

Fellows will be expected to:

  • Be active members of the TLS student society.
  • Assist in planning, organizing, and promoting TLS events, to include TLS Speaker Series events. Each fellow will be responsible for leading development of one event during their one-year term.
  • Attend four TLS events over the course of the year.
  • Serve as TLS ambassadors to the WCL student body.
