Linda has been coaching and consulting for 30 years in organizations across the federal government including the White House and Intelligence Community, for associations like the National Peace Corps Association and the American Hematology Association, and commercial businesses such as Paypal, Honest Tea, the American Red Cross, Sodexo, and Capital One. 听
Linda earned an M.A. in Counseling from the University of Maryland in 1990 in partnership with the Center for Creative Leadership. She is on the faculty of the Georgetown University Leadership Coaching Certificate Program, and coaches leaders in executive programs at UMD, 17吃瓜在线 and GWU, as well as the Mandela Fellows Program.
In 2016-17 during non-work time, she co-led a year-long initiative with 90 black and white coaches and professionals studying African-American history together, and is currently a volunteer Moderator for Better Angels, which brings together 8 conservatives and 8 liberals for 1-day workshops to practice frankly discussing issues in a depolarized way. As an HR/Organization Development expert in the lead human resources agency in the nation鈥檚 capital, Olu provides training and workplace coaching for management and agency executives across the District.
